Artist's Comments

This is an attempt at making an entry to :iconinthename: 's current "Abstract Mania" contest. This is my first even attempt at any of these contests.

I don't think it's done yet, not sure if it's filled enough, but all the empty space is growing on me. I may not even use this at all, there's alot of time left on the contest. If you got any further suggestions or critiques I'd love to hear em.

What an awesome design, a very creative tree. I think the white space is good, if you'd fill that up it would still look good but perhaps too busy. This on the other hand is very peaceful and soft, yielding a psychedelic and minimalistic artwork that's gentle on the eyes. I'd suggest a bit of air around it and perhaps a frame.

why thank you. I was worried about how people would respond to the empty space, so I am glad that you have such a positive view of it. I do agree that the piece needs better cropping and displaying.
